If you are not satisfied with the software or decide that FxFirebird is not the right solution for you, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original subscription payment.
You do not need to provide a reason for your request.
The guarantee applies to the subscription fee paid to FxFirebird. It does not cover losses resulting from trading activity or other costs outside the FxFirebird subscription itself.

What Is Covered
Eligible new FxFirebird subscriptions purchased directly through FxFirebird.
Subscription payments covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee covers the FxFirebird subscription payment. It does not constitute a guarantee of trading performance or investment results.
What Is Not Covered
- Trading losses, drawdowns, or missed trading opportunities.
- Losses caused by broker conditions, spreads, slippage, liquidity, market movements, execution conditions, or account settings.
- VPS, hosting, broker, internet, or third-party service costs.
- Third-party products or services not sold directly by FxFirebird.
- Unauthorized purchases or purchases made outside the applicable FxFirebird payment system.
- Purchases that fall outside the 30-day guarantee period.
- Accounts or licenses terminated because of violations of the FxFirebird Terms of Service, where the applicable transaction is otherwise excluded under those terms.
The money-back guarantee applies to the FxFirebird subscription fee only. It does not cover financial losses resulting from the use of automated trading software.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewal charges.
Cancellation and refund are two separate actions.
Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring payments but does not automatically create a refund for a previous payment.
