Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of such intellectual property to the user.
5. Refund Policy
Where applicable, the exact refund period and conditions will be stated clearly at the time of purchase on the license page. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the applicable money-back guarantee terms.
